All orders are gently shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date of the order being placed.
Shipping typically takes 4-7 working days to deliver after the order departs from the warehouse. Orders under express shipping will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Overnight shipping will normally arrive the next day, and Saturday overnight orders will arrive the next Saturday if processed on Friday before 4 PM.
3. Do you ship internationally and what are your international policies?
Yes, we ship internationally on orders. Duties and taxes are included through our partnership with Shopify Market Pros. All international orders are final.
4. What happens if my order is delayed?
While we strive to ship out all orders promptly, please note that orders may sometimes be delayed. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays and do not refund shipping costs if your package is delayed due to carrier issues.
